TPS-POM [Polyacetal]

Well balanced mechanical properties:

This is a crystalline resin with fine overall mechanical proper­ties and particularly good fatigue resistance. Abrasion resis­tance, chemical resistance, creep resistance, and dimen­sional stability are also favorable. However, a high content of molecular oxygen means that it is difficult to achieve flame resistance, and weather resistance is low.

•  Parts for general machinery

Features:

• Well rounded balance of three major aspects: material properties, cost, and machinability.
•  Good chemical resistance to organic solvents and alkaline substances, but will be permeated by strong acids.
•  There are wide range of lineup rod with 3 mm - 250 mm (including centerless and super) diameters to sheet and plate with 0.2 mm -100 mm thickness.
